I also work with pre- and post-natal women, as well as athletes looking for that competitive edge.

All sessions are by appointment. There are occasions throughout the week when I work outside of the office. Because of this, you should view your appointment start time as the time the office opens. If you arrive early and the door to the building is locked, please wait patiently.
